Terms of use

The products we manufacture are made when the order is received, so the shipment time can be between two and four weeks and this time will also depend on the quantity of requested products.

In FMSI Deco everything is possible so if you want to suggest your own patterns, sizes and designs we can get in touch with you to consider and manufacture them.

We must highlight that our products are handicrafts, so they will be the same size, pattern and colour shown in the catalogue but they won’t be identical ones, since our raw material is natural.

The size of the hides can vary. Please contact us for more details.

As to the return of products, there will be five days to make any complaint so we recommend examining the shipment at the time of receiving it.

FMSI Deco offers safety about the products manufacturing that leave our factory and guarantees their quality as long as they have due care. Take into account that the hides may have natural own marks.

To take care of the products we recommend not keeping them in open air places, they mustn´t be washed or wet and with regard to carpets they mustn´t be laid in busy places.

Postage and packing expenses and/or taxes payment to send the products abroad and into this country are charged to the purchaser.

Taxes are not includ in prices.
